Asian dude is dishonest. He said i can get that new online card with £50 free if i signed up. I called customer service they said there was no such offer . He made it all up.He pretended to be on the phone to his boss and the phone rang as he was talking. What a joke.

Rude girl behind the jump today shouts at me where?s your mask I told her not to speak to me like that she started shouting then when she realised she was in the wrong she refused to serve me calling me and my kind victims this was a hate speech directed at me she even mentioned my wife I?ve Never met this lady before I?ve been using this bookies for years this was all because I?m Exempt from wearing them Corona masks she was rude and had a black life?s matter badge on I think she was looking for trouble Especially saying me and my kind paddy power you need to sort out your staff won?t be seeing me there again

Went in to collect the other week. There was definitely money on the slip but the short asian man said there wasnt and threw it on the floor. I asked for it back and he argued "theres nothing on it". He and the other big guy were definitely up to something. Checked the selections and prices on a bet calculator, im owed at least £15. Spoke to one of the jamaican girls the next day, she told me to report it to head office. Currently speaking to someone and reporting this man, he is clearly a fraud!! The old manager was much better. I dont know who these men are, someone should be keeping an eye on them.
