It is a shame that after all these years they sell bag for flowers in this shop!!!\\nIt is supposed to be for flower for free\\nBuying flowers and got home damage because the bag for flower is 10pence , it is a pitty really to charge for every small thing !

Love shopping here- all the staff are so friendly and helpful. We are always greeted and warmly welcomed, especially my little girls. Simon and Nancy are particularly amazing! Polly Anna and Kerry are always so lovely too xxx

Marks and Spencer is one of the best supermarkets, they do wonderful clothing and delicious food and whilst it is a slightly higher price point it is completely worthwhile.

A very nice small but well stocked M\\u0026S with a friendly staff. Car parking available.\\nThe quality of the fruit and vegetables in my opinion can't be beaten.\\nSo many new and innovative products available regularly.\\nAlso getting much better for vegetarian and vegan food.\\nWith a lot of products they are really great value for money. This French cheese board selection is extraordinary the best I have ever eaten. Also this is the new Best Ever smoked salmon and it is never tasted better

I hate M\\u0026S as a company as always abysmal customer service. But as this is my local one I do shop there a lot and this one has a nice community feel. Many of the food products are excellent quality throughout the chain. Shame that for years customer service is beyond dreadful: \\\"The customer is always wrong\\\" policy. Be careful never to return more than 1 product at a time by post...they will claim they only received 1, and it is hard to prove otherwise.

My local Marks-n-Sparks for food - great selection as usual from M&S and often visit to get lunch or a ready meal for dinner, helpful staff, and flowers too :)

I ordered some cooked food and went there to collect. I was there about 10.10 am or there about and waited at least 15 minutes or more before I was given the item ordered. There were at least 2 or maybe 3 people in the store dealing with my collection and somehow one thought the other was getting the order. Only after I intervened then they realised that nobody was dealing with it. When the person came out with my collection, she said that it was till in the truck! Was that an issue or my problem, I asked. That store have about 7 maybe more staff walking around busy doing what I have no idea. Anyway, not collecting from there anymore.

I had to go to this store as I had an item of clothing to pick up but i was looking for food and i couldn't find many things we like to eat. I used to be able to get everything in my old Marks in Edgware but that is now closed
