Unfortunately I had a very similar experience to the other negative reviews. The same man (glasses and darl hair & beard) was on the phone when I entered the store and ?welcomed? me with a ?one minute? finger. 10 minutes later he was still on the phone complaining to someone how devices weren?t connecting to the internet. The attitude on the phone was extremely unprofessional but eventually I collected my parcel and left. fair to say, it wasn?t the most pleasant experience and would put me off using the shop again. I think management should really consider rehiring because by looking at the reviews, it?s a recurring problem.

The first time I came here, the guy behind the counter (big man with beard and glasses) was rude. My husband said he was probably just stressed out. Days later, I had to come back and again, same behaviour, looking like I was always disturbing him. So he is not stressed... it?s actually the way he is. Unable to deal with customers.Or any human being.

Since they opened I saved a lot of time queuing at the Post Office on Broadway. These guys deal will most of major couriers and do your usual posts as well (Recorded, etc). They've always been very helpful and couple of times I needed extra copies, prints, etc they did it for free without even mentioning it.

Their service is too dreadful. I never experienced such a slow, poor and expensive service as they have. I?ve sent a parcel once here - which was 3 weeks delayed. Plus, on the top of that, the country were my parcel was going to had charge me more than 50percent of taxes ( half of price of my parcel value ) cause of the foolish customer service who held my parcel in their custody. I will never come back here ever again. Very appalling. If you want to send your parcel to DHL. direct to them. Not from this company service.

Seeing some other reviews mentioning feeling like a nuisance on walking in and I have to agree. The guy behind the counter (longish black hair, glasses) basically talked to me and the customer behind me like we were Jehovas Witnesses showing up on his door and interrupting his favourite show. I get it if you don't like your job mate, but at least try to pretend while customers are in? Or look for a different job? Just a suggestion.

I've been using Mail Boxes Etc in Mill Hill for many years now and never had an issue with the service. The company changed hands a couple of years ago and since then i have had nothing but issues. I mainly use their courier and printing services but both shipments i've sent have not arrived on time. My recent issue was back in December a Parcelforce shipment didn't arrive on time, despite this, it took MBE 3 months and me chasing them for them to get back to me. Despite paying around £20 for this, they offered me a measly £3.84 refund (for a parcel that took 5x as long to arrive than what i paid for). It turns out that MBE decided to keep their full profit and only refund what Parcelforce was refunding them. Now that i understand I will no longer be using their services. It is now clear that they don't take any responsibility for the shipments they send, so you may as well go direct to the courier which is what i will be doing in future.
