I booked one.of the hotels celebration packages to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. This included champagne on arrival, room upgrade and a late checkout. I also paid for a room with a view of tower bridge and for this it didn't disappoint. We loved the view and the location. The comminal areas were also great, but the room had seen better days. The occassional table was falling apart, the bathroom was very tired and could do with a refit. I have had nicer bathrooms in a premier inn. The champagne that should have been in the room on arrival arrived late and the free room upgrade advertised with the package wasn't available. The deal also included a late checkout but this wasn't told to the staff. We were disturbed 3 times during our last day by staff asking when we were leaving. Each time we told them that we had a late check out. We stayed here for 2 nights and the location is great and St. Katherine's Dock is lovely.

Had a fabulous stay at The Tower Hotel last night. We enjoyed every part of our trip from check in to check out. Firstly need to mention Magali Pergeline who organised our afternoon tea and fire pit booking. It was a little difficult to organise but from the first email from Magali everything was organised just as we wanted. Then at check in we met the fabulous Gini. She was so helpful and had us checked into our room in minutes with a lovely smile. The room, suite 1101 on 11th floor was amazing. Everything was clean and well presented. Afternoon tea was delicious and staff very attentive. Evening booked with a fire pit table at the front with views on the bridge. Food was lovely as were the cocktails. Staff very friendly and go out of their way to look after you. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Highly recommend the hotel and staff.

Room was grubby, bathroom had to be cleaned on arrival, kettle lid wouldn't shut, no fridge, broken TV, make up on bathroom door. Room was very tired £248 per night. ? Someone had left a used shower cap behind the small mirror, and the bath was grubby.

We booked via a very popular booking website. Unfortunately on arrival the hotel had no record of our booking. We spent an hour in the hotel reception around midnight trying to negotiate with reception staff and with the booking website on the phone simply to gain access to our room. Despite showing reception staff the email confirmation of the booking and them speaking to the booking website?s customer services team who confirmed our prepaid reservation we were refused room access as our booking did not appear on ?the system?. Do not trust this hotel and do not expect any help whatsoever from the entirely unhelpful reception staff. It should also be noted that the reception team refused to call their manager - apparently he was ?busy upstairs?. How delightful! Avoid at all cost unless you like terrible front desk service. Unfortunately I can?t comment on the room as we didn?t see it, we took a taxi elsewhere at midnight at our own cost

The hotel location it?s indisputable one of the best with amazing views and the area it?s busy with things to do! There breakfast buffet it?s amazing!! But none of that compares with their amazing Staff I was very very sick when we first got there our room was not ready so I sat at the inside Starbucks but soon my husband realized I needed to lie down and went to get help the hotel staff was amazing the manager Sonya apologized because our room was in fact ready and a miscommunication had us waiting they immediately got me up my room and when we got there we had a bottle of champagne as a gift for our anniversary?. The concierge was extremely helpful we loved our stay and we will be back!!!

The Tower Hotel receptionist Montserrat is an amazing asset to their organisation. She was so very charming and helpful at out time of check-in. The concierge Tony was equally helpful in guiding us to a coin operated laundromat that is in walking distance, with some recommended pub pit-stops along the way. The hotel is located in a fantastic location and breakfast is amazing. We highly recommend.

This is one of the best hoteles I?ve stayed in my life. The view is amazing + it?s close to the best attractions in London. The people is very kind and warm! I really love here, definitely coming back.

location was okay - 30/40mins to central. Rooms were very dated, old furniture, very bad lighting if there is no sunlight the room is in darkness. Air conditioning did not work. Rooms were not cleaned every day which was disappointing to not have clean towels to freshen up in the evening (even when selecting the maid light). Breakfast was okay nothing special. Overall disappointed for the price paid, would not return.

We were here with a tour and were expecting a much nicer room. The decor was tired, with scratched furniture with one missing drawer pull; spackling on the wall that was never painted; air conditioning that did not work; and dirty carpeting and upholstery. The breakfast was okay, but unfortunately there was never any oatmeal/porridge, the scrambled eggs were watery, and there was only one cook making omelets, so the wait time for them was very long. Good points: directly across from Tower Bridge; short walk to the Underground; short walk to Dickens Inn pub; and courteous staff.

The hotels in a good location but a really poor overall experience. Waited 30mins in a queue to check in, only to be told they?d lost my booking. Whilst I waited, 3 other people had the exact same issue. Despite showing my booking confirmation they needed to make an entirely new booking for me. The whole process took an hour and I didn?t get an apology. Then to make matters worse, I went out in the evening and when I returned, the room key wouldn?t work so had to go back to reception and queue again! This hotel is fine if you don?t have anywhere to be and don?t mind waiting around.
