8 days the Evri parcel service has been out of order and the staff do not seem to care. I have asked three members of staff. None of them can tell me when it?s going to be fix or what the problem is

Been a regular customer for the past 5 years. Great store with great product variety. Staff is always nice and helpful. The best thing is the "reduced to clear" section where discounted items are put there everyday with good discounts.

It is very rare fund normal price and club card prices updated and the staff is very rude.

I wanted to pay with cash at the till. While scanning my Tesco club card, I activated my debit card somehow and paid with it. I explained to the lady. She promptly called for assistance. I was given a full refund. All my items were rescanned and i paid with cash. Thank you so much. Such an excellent service!

Have had many experiences like this most recent one in this store. Staff are always rude and unwilling to help, and when serving will not saying a single word. Shelves often not stocked. I understand employees having an off day having worked in a similar environment, however when this happens on every visit it does not make me want to ever return.

Very rude staff and security who always watch me. They bring their caste discrimination over to the UK and barely understand English.

I went to pick up my Evri parcel, the customer service attendant lady wasn?t nice at all, imagine greeting someone and they ignore you at first, and then attend to you with a straight face throughout the process. I tho if not they should be friendly people??

5 mins stood waiting for a member of staff to appear from the back. No one in shop. When she appeared, no apology, no good morning, rude, told me she was busy today, awful customer service. Probably the worst Tesco I have ever been in.
