I waited for 20-25 minutes just to print a document (one page only). Such a waste of time. Also they have a ridiculous £2 policy. You better have at least 4 pages to print if you go here.

Superb service, I had five booklets of 220 pages each to print up, everything was done far more quickly than I expected - same day service - also is a nice welcoming shop where you can sit down, look over the work they've done and finish off your job. Staff all very polite and helpful. They also sell all sizes of envelopes, frames and other things you may need.

If you want a totally unpleasant experience just come here. Waiting for forever got no service, the staff is friendly but it seems like he doesn?t know what he is doing. And by the way queue in the shop doesn?t mean anything since they just serve customers randomly.
