If there?s a minus number I can choose to describe my experience today, I would not hesitate to go for it. The male staff was extremely impatient, rude and disrespectful, when they were not even busy! Funny enough Lloyds put a sign saying ?please respect our staff, they?re here to help you? on the counter, while not teaching the staff how to behave, talk and respect their customers properly. Disgraceful.

I am very disappointed to Their service. They were two staff, one men & one women. Specially, the women, I think she was an asian. I went there for a Bank statement, she told me you can get it on the app. I told her I need it for special reason, again she told me you can go to the app download it then, go to the printing shop. Also, I asked her last time I took a statement from the same branch. She told me this rule was changed. Moreover, she & another men told me if you need it? you need to apply/order earlier date. But, my question is if you do not give the bank statement why you are here?By the way, I got my statement from another Branch.However, if you do like that service or give wrong information to the customers, customers will discourage from Lloyds Bank.

The fat white guy is just unreasonable, refusing to print a bank statement and sending me back to the Helpdesk where I have been waiting for a really long time. Another helpful lady at the cashier desk was very helpful

Privacy does not exist in this branch.There is no distance recommendation nor sign for customer to respect each other a privacy. I felt so embarrassed that I left telling the staff I would go to another bank that respect privacy.Not putting my money there thank you

I visited the Commercial Road branch to open an account and was assisted by Mr Ahmed. I received a first class service, bluntly beyond my expectations due to a number of appallingly disappointing experiences in other Lloyds branches in central London. Lloyds should reward employees of the like of Mr Ahmed and try to promote a similar standard across all branches and employees.

I have decided to open a Lloyds bank account. However, I was sent home multiple times because my student letter bank account was not 100% resemble my online registration. This has caused me a tremendous amount of time and effort because I had to go back and forth. Do you guys lack some common sense here? When I finally opened my bank online account, I was missing my memorable information, and the account has been blocked for weeks now. When I came to your people, they said nothing they could do about it. I am incredibly disappointed as now I cannot even access my online banking and track my money. Monzo is better, and there is no way I would recommend this to anyone ever. Great DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!

Open my bank ccout here back in 2005 and I love Lloyds Bank and this branch more than any other bank and branch
