Staff don't care how long you been waiting for,,,last time I have got parking ticketIt took me more than an hour to make small transaction , this bank need more efficient staff ,no surprise they calling people coming after you ,depend how they like you ?

Visited yesterday regarding safe box. with deal with Julia very rude and very bad behaviour. She spoken to my mother in a really bad language. She asked us to leave the bank due the system is crushed. Poor behaviour if we are waiting in the queue sitting quietly. Idk why we was asked to leave. JULIA NEEDS to be fired she?s really rude.

Visit today with Julia very rude customer service. She's was completely fine with others when she saw a Muslim family she started to being racist very rude very rude.

I went to open an account here. Queued for a while to speak to a member of staff who said I'd need to wait 5 minutes to speak to someone else. Waited around for much longer than that and nothing. Plenty of staff hanging around paying no attention to clients in the branch.

The staff here are just inefficient, inexperienced and lazy. The store is huge, with multiple members of staff chatting to each other and not assisting customers, whilst queues build up. They should really learn how their Sutton branch operates as the staff over there are exemplary.

I must have to say I always avoid to pop in metro Wimbledon as staff is extremely unfriendly they put you on wait for so long without any given waiting time. Overall bad experience. Terrible customers service

Very slow, very poor service, I didn?t get the quality service what I pay for the service charges each and every month.Very long queue, the staffs don?t care about their customers.This is the Metro Bank Wimbledon branch.

The bank this size is wasted here. No customers service, no one greets you when you walk in unlike the other stores where they ask you what you?re here for and directs you to the relevant person/help. The experience at Wimbledon metro is shocking, no one is around, 1 bank teller who sees to everyone but you have to queue up and wait for god knows how long to only be told that you?re gonna have to come back at another time when our staff can see to you. This would eliminate the whole process of waiting 20minutes in the queue to be told to come back and wait again.Definitely wouldn?t recommend coming here during your lunch as you won?t get anything done within an hour as most of it is waiting in the queue and complaining about it with other customers in the queue.Ridiculous. Metro Wimbledon - fix up as you?re dragging the other stores down.
