All my gratitude to the gentleman who received us and repaired my daughter's glasses. Tourists in London, we were lost, this kind of thing always goes wrong. He did what was necessary, quick and efficient and really friendly.

Very grateful to Alyssa and the rest of the staff including those in the in-house lab. They were able to get me a new pair of glasses within hours with no additional charges. I was time constrained because of travel. At no time was there any effort to steer the customer to the most expensive solution.

Thank you to the staff here who fixed my daughter's glasses which had broken, while we were on a trip to London.Our particular thanks goes to "Gordon" who listened to our quandary and then took the glasses off to fix them. (They were originally from Specsavers. )Gordon also, very kindly, "refitted" them so that they wouldn't keep slipping down.Gordon is definitely a credit to your team and went above and beyond to help us. This has enabled my daughter to enjoy the rest of her trip with a fixed pair of glasses!Thank you! ?

Absolutely woeful experience. They said they would contact me asap on Sunday, it?s not Thursday and nothing. They are clearly unprofessional so I will be taking my money elsewhere! If you?re serious about hearing health, then go to a professional, not these clowns.You replied quicker to my review than you did to make an appointment.

Highly do not recommend. Poor service and poor quality glasses without add ons. The only advantage of this branch is the wide variety of frames. They will also charge you £25 for an eye test if you do not buy glasses in that visit (when most other opticians will offer it for free to find out if you even need glasses in the first place).It was always very crowded and had to wait 15 mins for an eye test even though I had an appointment and had to wait another 15 mins when I was collecting the glasses.My glasses were also intended to have an astig prescription, supposed to help with seeing double when looking at lights. However, although the glasses helped clarity of words, it caused a severe glare from lights that was worse than my eyesight without glasses. They blamed on the fact that I did not opt for an anti glare coating (+£35). However, I have gotten astig glasses from other shops with the same prescription before and never had to add the anti glare coating and never experienced this glare. The astig prescription should fix this without the need for add ons like anti glare.I also arranged for my glasses to be collected at another branch and they noted it down. However, it did not get sent to the other branch and when they gave me a text that my glasses were ready for collection, they did not specify which branch it was from. Hence, I assumed it was from the branch that I told them to deliver it to, causing me to go down to the wrong branch. It is extremely confusing that each Specsaver branch is run differently, if it is a franchise and indeed unique shops, please brand differently to avoid confusion.

I have had some good experiences with this store and they have some excellent members of staff, but I feel quite let down by my recent experience. It resulted in six weeks of discomfort and inconvenience, at the end of which I was made to feel like I had been the one at fault.

They don't use visual field test unless you asked for it. they use pressure sales techniques to sell there glasses and frames . 'm&s opticians and vision xpress ' always use vision field test even you told them you don't have pain on eye and floaters . Please do not play with peoples eye . Always use visual field test when customers comes your store for the eye test .Please try to avoid this store if possible.
