Many times they have delayed testing my item, forcing me to make multiple wasted return journeys. Also failed many items due to issues with their testing equipment (items then pass fine at other stores).Don't waste your time with this store, go round the corner to Goodge Street and use them instead. Much more efficient and professional.

Had to return a Samsung Watch 4 as it simply wouldn't work with the Android Go operating system and the shop that sold it in Portsmouth were totally unaware of this and also unaware the ECG and blood pressure features will only work on non Android Go Samsung phones.CeX prices on many second hand smartphones are also frequently grotesque and well above the price the same phone will sell for brand new.I am at a loss to understand why CeX continues to remain in business.....

Quite a nice and homey kind of CeX. Sure it may not be the biggest store nor it has the most organised games but you can easily fix up the shelves within a couple of seconds. Great range of Xbox 360 games and Wii games. Not too much emphasis on modern games but great emphasis on video games and DVDs.Remember, the retro games and the DVDs are downstairs in the basement. Not a great range of DS games at the moment and not the most wheelchair accessible store due to the better items being downstairs but at least there is a good range of phones and laptops in the glass cabinet opposite the PS4 games.Good store but not as good as in Stirling. Staff are friendlier than in Tottenham Court Road. Remember, the smaller stores don't mean it is worse.

Really good customer service, normal prices and nice store design. I will definitely go there next time i visit London!

How hard could it possibly be to put the correct opening times on here and not waste people's time?

Been going to CEX Rathbone place since it first opened . There is less stuff then the bigger stores but they do tend to get stuff in better condition than the normal high street stores. Well Worth a look if your visiting the west end.

The best cex in London to visit. I had a lot of old pc hardware, and this branch tests a lot of legacy equipment. Also the staff are really good as this is one one flag ship shops for the company. Also one of the branch managers Charlie is really helpful.

I love CEX. My favourite shop. It just works. But games cheap, play them, sell the back and buy more. Just makes sense.

Cex is ok for second hand dvds, especially if you are prepared to travel a distance to the branch that has your choice. However, their pricing policy appears very inconsistent; I bought series 1 to 3 of Gomorrah which cost me £ 6.... very cheap... good stuff. I then inquired about series 4 and 5 to complete the collection...I was informed costs would be £8 and £10 respectively !! Haven't purchased yet, I'm checking around first for a more competitive price.
