I've had a few packages where the postman has not left a card. Despite this, the workers at the sorting office will take the time to look for my delivery and give it to me.More recently I missed a Friday delivery of food goods which had to be kept chilled. The delivery note said it would be redelivered the next working day which the woman behind the counter repeated. After I explained the food could spoil, she kindly let me collect this on the Saturday.I've never had a bad experience here.

Really bad experience!! First the delivery lady doesn?t use our ring door bell and not wait even 30 seconds on the door ! We have a dog and my father in law is always home because he is elder but needs time to get to the door.Anyway the parcel is for pick up now. Time to pick ip slot is 8-10 in the morning get there at that time or never. For working professionals is impossible there not to be late for work. It?s not pandemic fix your time slots if there is any management staff there at all just bunch of random people entering the staff door even with non-branding clothes.First attempt my partner go there with the red note she show her id of course she is not me but they clearly see we live in the same address and i send my id on a photo and she almost get the package and some ?college? just passing by said have to be the name of the package and there it goes, she can?t have it !Second attempt i go there ( me and my partner both excuse our selfs from work to be there) i have the tracking number because the red slip is in my partner?. I put my id she ?read it? and then ask me what?s my adres come back after 30 seconds and said there is no package for you. Well I explained that yesterday there was a package but you didn?t give it to my partner she looked me and tell me: i need to have the red slip for the package not the tracking number and no package again!Everybody have family?s and we need to provide and work but when you don?t like your job just leave and find something that you like and stop feeling miserable and use the smallest power of your job to make other people day a nightmare because you find comfort in that !Really un professional, staff , very dirty facilities,very rude , un willing to help whatsoever! Just there time to pass day to end job done ! I start feeling sorry for stuff there now .

My review was removed. So i have to do it again. I lost my parcel and havent even reveived a card then when i went there to try to find it the lady was very rude and didnt help at all with my lost 75£ worth of parcel. She had a "look" for a minute and said is not there, waste of time with a rude unhelpful worker should get sacked

I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered !! It shows Lower edmonton DO as they have it from 3 days there but no one deliver it by now !!!This is a joke !!!

Stated opening hours are incorrect. Open till 11am. Which is basically useless for anyone who works full time.

The worst customer service ever, they litterally waste your time. And the women who was working at the reception was very very RUDE! i dont know how did she got that job. I went there to collect missed delivery parcel manager and staff was not honestly service minded people parcel was mine and on my name i had the ID's all kind of ID's to verify parcel is mine, but still they said go back and get the paper. That we left at your address.time is important and i may not get a chance to take again a piece of paper and go back there i think they should change how they treat people and customers.

Lost my parcel and havent got the card either asked if my parcel was there and the b. lady was very rude she was like its my fault that i havent received my parcel and the card either its been lost and she was also being rude about it

Sometimes the right person serving you gives a great service but then sometimes you get that person who doesn't want to be there. If you know what I mean!!Mix the above with no parking, meaning you got to move faster than normal, however the person doesn't care. Almost got a ticket due to her moving so slowly

Good customer service. I had been expecting a parcel from Parcel Force for over 2 weeks. Staff on duty was very helpful. Gave me a printout and redirected me to local post office where I located my parcel.

Received a red "Something For You " card stating the opening hours were 7am - 1230. Made a special journey to collect my parcel only to find they were shut and had reduced opening hours to be 2 hour window without telling anyone. These guys really don't care about their customers
