Is it common practice for one of your salons to employ someone who is level 3 qualified (on minimum wage) only for them to do the induction week, complete first week, then be let go because "you can't afford them"? Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Have to wonder if its discrimination, as they were let go after they told you they have Autism! Yeovil branch.

I came here to register a complain about Toni&Guy UAE etc but based on the other complaints below I don't need to add anything else... it seems there is no a department taking care of staffs around the world getting cheated by terrible bosses and there is no a criteria on how they select people to hold and represent their franchise. Disappointed.

Absolutely horrible service. After having my hair butchered and damaged only to ?fix it? by returning to my original colour the client care team has refused any form of compensation. I don?t understand why they?re called the client care team because they completely ignore the clients and focus only on whatever the salon tells them. I have provided multiple pictures and evidence of what was done to my hair yet the customer service rep (Annie and Daniel) are convincing me that that is what I wanted. After leaving the salon in tears both the wigmore street salon and the customer service team are telling me I got what I wanted. It?s absurd. Do not waste your money on this horrible salon.

I'm surprised that there isn't the expertise to get purple highlights on auburn hair at Toni & Guy. Last week the dye used turned a dusky heather that virtually disappeared into my own colour. Yesterday's free of charge 2nd attempt, using a different dye, has left me with darker heather that shows more but I don't like it and it's not the purple I had hoped for. The conclusion is that my hair won't take a purple dye. I just think that a company like this should have been able to achieve purple highlights. If my hair colour won't go purple, then don't take my £70 and don't waste everyone's time. I have just found out (by searching Google) that the only way to get purple onto red hair is to bleach it first. I am annoyed that this was not known in the salon. £70 totally wasted.

These people have the worst customer services I can?t cut hair I phoned up asking them to fix it which I don?t wanna go back to the salon because they ruin my hair I?ve asked for a four and a refund because I?m entitled to it what to do with a night so please people afford this hairdresser they will destroy your hair and take your money I?m not give you a refund or even fix your hair

I cannot believe that this is a high end salon. Besides a confusion about prices (, the staff need to be told the same thing) .when I had received my colour and cut and blow-dry. I left the salon with hair dye on my forehead and around my sides. My blow Dry wasn't the best. When I have contacted complaints I am made to feel like a liar and it's my fault . Disgusting service. I won't ever recommend you to anyone.

Worst management of head branch delhi,i have ever seen. Pathetic experience working with them.they are two faced people starting time differ and now total opposite of it. Not even one percent support of head branch to any sub -franchise.

This is the worst salon I have ever been to. They gave me the wrong colour and then called me a liar when I complained about the colour. Honestly - save your heart, soul and money and go elsewhere.

zero star for your franchises in India. They don't provide training to their employees before appointing them. They appoint any local barbers with no proper information about hairdressing. Also, there's no apprenticeship program as mentioned on your website.
