Used to buy ALL my shirts at Lewin (+10 years, +200 shirts), but sadly they stopped shipping to EU?! Was going to London - guess what? No more stores... Quality is def not the same for the "new Lewin" Will never shop here anymore.

Used to be great and now awful.The sad fact is that their product is still good but their customer service is terrible.Firstly they have NO shops. Not one! Although they have still kept Jermyn street on their labels !Secondly having no physical stores they still charge extra for delivery on a 4 shirt deal whilst charging the same price as their direct competitors.Thirdly if you don?t like a shirt or they don?t fit they won?t exchange but force you to take a refund (at a pro rata of the deal price) and then rebuy which of course then isn?t in the 4 shirt deal and charged at £65!Quite an impressive attempt to alienate your customers and ensure your company?s demise just when we?re all getting back to the office and our shirts need replacing.It is not even difficult to sort these fundamental failings out by just using some common sense!?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Honestly the worst company and customer service from all sides.If you want your parcel to get lost and still receive no updates after 1.5 month then order from this joke of a company.The courier have lost my parcel and it has taken 3 weeks to get a reply. I?ve had to make a instagram account to DM them there. They still have not provided me with a solution and when I have given them further proof of no delivery they take a week to escalate it and dont even take you serious.Awful practice and dont know how they are still operating.

Edited: I have now received the refund.Thank you.I have been chasing a refund for my order for almost 2 months now. I have send several emails but have no reply. Can you please refund for my returned item as it is quite distressful and causing unnecessary stress.

I have felt ignored and it seemed that I did not speak with customer service since they have not been up to par. very poor quality in communication and solutions. I will never buy from your store again.And after more than one month still waiting for my refund.Probably the new owners need the money from customers to speed up the business or just a scam !!!!

TM Lewin has effectively stolen my money.TM Lewin refuses to refund me for an item I sent back within the given return window. TM Lewin customer service explained the returned package is considered unrecoverable due to the closure of their warehouses and stated "we cannot replace or refund your item". Surely you cannot keep the money and the suit?! As a loyal customer for TM Lewin for many years I am disappointed you would treat your customers so poorly, with little regard for their consumer rights.

Do not buy anything from TM Lewin because their customer service is non-existent and their business practices are blatantly fraudulent. I am waiting for a refund for shirts returned through THEIR OWN tracked returns service. There is clear evidence of the return but still I have been waiting over 4 months and just being constantly stonewalled or ignored over email.

Would get 0 star if that was possible. Placed an order for some shirts and understandably they have no more stores, so it?s important to try before making a decision. I wasn?t happy with the 4 that I received and decided to send all 4 back. Upon receiving the shirts I only got a refund for 2, I assume because I tried on for fit and size. I?ve tried to contact them over email and their online form but have no heard anything back. I have been charged £70 for returning the whole order? Daylight robbery and terrible service. If you?re thinking of shopping from TM Lewin, id advise you not to do it. I will have to now raise the matter with my bank and try to get my money back from these thieves.\\n\\nFor a company that used to be really good and reliable to turn so bad is quite sad.

Sadly agree with a lot of people. Used to LOVE Lewin?s and when I saw I could get their shirts again I was very happy.\\nOrdered a few sizes and was happy with one. Could not send 3 back for exchange had to send all four back. Shirts I want are out of stock and now I have been waiting for my refund for over a month now. Come on guys it?s not rocket science to give people their money back within a week or so. It?s the 21st century after all. Or maybe they don?t want to give me my money?\\nEither way unless you have no other option and the size/colour you want is available DO NOT give them your MONEY! Very sad to find myself saying this. Sorry Lewin?s.

I recently received an email asking me to review a shirt I bought 2 years ago, and in return I would receive a 20% voucher. I reviewed the product (favourably) yet failed to receive a voucher. Emailed customer services twice. Radio silence. Disgraceful service from a once great company.

Please bring back at least one shop ?My parter always used to buy his shirts with you and now there isn?t even one decent shop around and it?s always good to try them on .It?s just so much better to get them in actual shop instead of online .I?m sure many more will agree with me .Since you guys went online, he had to go elsewhere.

I recently bought a black suit online which I needed for a forthcoming funeral. Unfortunately, although designated 'slim', it really wasn't it. I'm 6' and 13 stone so I don't know who these suits are made for if they're big on me! I returned the suit on 16th June - picked up by everyone's favourite courier, Evri (formerly the bucket shop known as Hermes). To date (27th June) I am still waiting for the refund. Fortunately I paid for the suit using my Amex card, so will be turning the matter over to them if I don't receive my refund soon. On 16th June I made another online purchase (black skinny suit) hoping for a better fit and the next day I received an email from TM Lewin telling me that my order had been dispatched and was on its way. On 21st June I received an email from Evri telling me that they had my parcel. However, a short time later they sent me another email to say that there was a delay, but, \\\"Don't worry, we will send you a message on Monday 27th June regarding your delivery\\\" 6 DAYS LATER?? I checked on the Evri website, which told me that on 21 June \\\"We're sorry we're not able to deliver your parcel today, but will deliver it on the next working day\\\" - The same message has been on there for almost a week! Not only is it impossible to call TM Lewin customer services (there is no number available), the Live Chat isn't operating and emails are not answered. With Evri there isn't even the option of sending them an email. How can anyone consider using this company. APPALLING APPALLING APPALLING! So, the black suit I need for my friend's funeral is unlikely to turn up on time (Wednesday) so thank you TM Lewin and Evri. A partnership made in Hell.
