“Carole in the Blackheath store is a goddess. She helped me with purchasing marble tiles for my bathroom floor. She knew I wanted the skirting tiles to match but was on the fence and she gave me the encouragement I needed to go for it because I was getting a great deal in the sales and it would make the whole project beautifully finished. The skirting tiles were gorgeous when they arrived and I was so glad I got them! Carole also helped me add some spur of the moment marble for my kitchen backsplash to the order. She was patient while I got my thoughts together and took such good care of me throughout the process. She went above and beyond and asked me to come back to share pictures of the finished project (so sweet!). Unfortunately, a terrible experience with a builder has resulted in a poor final result, but when the times comes to make any further changes, I will be back in the Blackheath store.”
