It?s a scam. I returned my router and Three sent me a confirmation email of reception, but they still billed me for no return of the router. I spent hours with their customer support and they could not resolve.

Three is a scam with hidden charges and never lets you cancel despite multiple phone calls and frustrating web chats with their terrible AI. No one should have to go through this, spare yourself and get a different sim.

20/12/2022: I was planning to get a phone plan for Samsung S22 Ultra. Explained to the lady with blond hair that I already have a sim-only plan and that I will get a new phone plan then cancel my sim only plan which was recently upgraded. She was very rude and refused service saying it is impossible even though I told her that Three customer support themselves advised me I can do that. She did not even try to check my account in their system. Was able to get the phone plan in Three Oxford Street on the same day.

Worst experience with Three and their store.I ordered an I phone 14 pro max on 10 October from this store. Estimated delivery date was 5 November. But today 17 November I didn't got my phone yet. But already paid 2 times bills for the phone what I didn't got yet but before take phone they said I wont got charged until I got the phone. Its not finished yet! they promised me first 6 months half price. But they charged me full price after several time visiting the store and calling Three customer care spending hours on phone they said they gonna give me half credit from next months and gonna make it half price from next months. But today 17 November when I get the bill they are still charging me full price. After complaining the complain department they are giving me new estimated date to get the phone is 21st December!!!!I checked apple store today If I order phone today delivery is 23 December. So what the hell they did last 2 months? I am sure the store didn't order my phone but was still charging for that phone, when I take it to the complain department they order now thats why new delivery date its 21st December!Its a shame getting worst customer service from Three after being a Loyal customer for being long time!Definitely not gonna recommend anyone!

bad service ever. Staff called me to remind bringing id but when arrived she said i need to bring passport to collect item. Being long time with three but i am about to leave soon then. Very disappointed service
