A really nice venue in a beautiful location. We attended for a massive competition with over 1400 competitors.The buildings facilities were continually maintained to a high standard through the day.Easy to get to on the DLR and great views of the runway to watch some planes take off and land.Didn?t go in, but the gym there looked really awesome too.

Ok gym with some nice staff but weird attire rules that messed up my morning workout before work. I don?t live locally so couldn?t go back home to change.I got asked to leave the gym for wearing cargo pants, I think one of the most common items of clothing worn to the gym (I did at least get a refund). The staff said I would have seen this rule in the T&Cs but I actually checked and it doesn?t say it anywhere in general registration, health commitment statement or terms and conditions. It just says ?wear appropriate attire?. Flip flops I can understand but cargo pants? I?d like to see the statistics on how many people have injured themselves or others wearing cargo pants while working out?

Positives - Plated machines are goodNegatives - dumbbells are measured in pounds, and are never stacked neatly. The upgraded machines are TERRIBLE, very akward to use, don't align correctly. The gym is split into two sections, the other section is outside of the barriers , which means I never use the other section as its totally out of the way.

Great facility aside from the punctuality and cleanliness of courts. They NEED to clean the courts betweens sessions as they're slippery and become hazardous.

It's a really good gym and free for students.Great Gym ExperienceI recently joined a gym, and I must say it has been a fantastic experience. The facility is well-maintained and clean, which is essential in a gym. The variety of equipment is impressive, catering to both beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to assist and offer guidance. I appreciate the flexible hours, making it convenient for me to work out according to my schedule. The classes they offer are a great way to mix up my routine, and the trainers are top-notch. Overall, it's a welcoming and motivating environment that has helped me stay committed to my fitness goals.

Amazing range of sports activities and facilities at Sports Dock.Parking is available in their private parking lot.Staff are responsive and fast. Most are friendly. Some seem half-interested in you. But that's fine.Good quality facilities here. They have courts for Badminton, basketball, etc.Loads of gym rooms. Specially for the usual gym goers and those who love to box and train athletically there is a separate room, which is nice.Water fountains are dotted around to save plastic use bottle.There is a coffee shop with snacks, etc. Nice to have.Atmosphere is nice, friendly people around. Mainly UEL university students and locals.Nice place.

Best gym ever. I?ve been to a few gyms in the past but this is a fav. The staff / instructors are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. None of the judgmental looks if you?re a newbie and trying to find your way around how it all works. Well worth the price.
