Excellent vibes, customer service and products. I come here weekly with my dog after a walk in Finsbury Park. We are always greeted with kindness and warmth by all staff members there. Out of all charity shops in the area, this shop has the best curated finds. I always leave for 1 or 2 goodies.Shout out to the staff who give me dog treats while I shop! :)

Really cool place for a rummage through the shop or sit for a coffee.The visual merchandising is always eclectic and dynamic. Staff are friendly. Very mixed crowed shopping and working here (which mirrors finsbury park) I've occasionally been in and seen local homeless having a warm drink in the cafe.Donations during opening hours only - they take adult clothes, accessories, books, decor, also some home and furnishings. Occasionally you can find costumes, plants and even fabrics so always worth a look in.Since the refurbishment in 2023 the style has become more upmarket, stylish and trendy, the items seem more selective than your average charity shop, (chic/hipster/vintage/quality/unusual/fashion/) and the price reflects this, more pricy than it used to be and the other charity shops in the area.I've used this place for years to shop, drink and donate. Has a great vibe and worth a visit on your way past!

Insanely expensive and has completely blocked off working class communities from accessing nice things to cater for growing middle class demographics. Ironic being a charity that is supposed to be helping the most vulnerable in society. I would give 1 star but they do good work.

Lovely stylish charity shop, visually attractive and super festive. Open till 7pm! Got a nice copper mesh basket, £2. Mum loved it there. Staff were friendly (visited 19th Dec evening ).

Wonderful staff.I come here often with a child in a wheelchair and the staff are always so so lovely and polite. The hot chocolate and vegan cake. Omg. It?s such a treat.

I really like this shop. But I have often been struck by the attitude of the staff. Quite unhelpful. The blank stares are really something I do not encounter. Of course.. Customer are never important, I suppose. . I buy most of my things from charity shops. But I have not from here.. Nice things, quite pricy.. But hey..
