Two stars because of the limited range and so-so advice. The gait analysis seemed like a tick-the-box exercise conducted by someone who is not a runner. The extent of his advice was that I needed heel support, and he brought three pairs of massive shoes. I had told him I am used to minimalist shoes and that I wanted a model with some drop, but that just didn't register. In the end I chose a different pair among the few choices available (they have maybe 5 brands in all). I may have walked away with the right shoes for me, but it was not a good experience.

This message is for the management team on my experience as a customer today Friday Oct 6th at 1:45pm.I went online to buy a new pair of shoes from Brooks and found them locally at your store. I went in store to get them along with have a professional opinion and try on a couple of pairs. I wasn't greeted at all, the running expert on staff was extremely rude and dismissive. I had to ask 3 times for her help. She reluctantly tried to book me in for an appointment later in the day in an attempt to dismiss me. I asked her for help finding a new pair of running shoes and wore my current ones. She replied "What, shall I just bring you a couple of brands then?" I thanked her and said that would be great. She asked what size I was and I said I am not sure I am a US 8.5. She curtly replied I don't know US sizes and we don't serve that here - what is your UK size. I said I do not know so she measured me and said a 7. She brought 3 brands out and threw them on the floor and explained the brands. I asked her if the Saucony ones she pulled are the same ones I have now and she made me feel like a complete idiot saying no these are the rides yours are not so i asked if she would check. Reluctantly she checked and it turns out they were the same shoe. She then walked off to go upstairs. I tried the the 3 pairs and attempted to help myself but came into the store specifically for someone to ensure it is a good shoe for me. She never came downstairs so I put on my old shoes and went upstairs to try to get some help. When I came upstairs the entire floor staff was standing around the register not helping customers. I expressed my experience to the assistant manager. The items in this store can be bought on any online site - the only USP (unique selling point) is the experience a customer has and this experience was really awful. I do hope management and senior management reads this review because it is really not okay to treat people this way

Went in for a gait analysis and was helped by Will who was extremely knowledgable and helpful with his recommendations. Great service that I would highly recommend.

I came for a gait test as Im a new runner and I left the place very happy and for sure I?ll come back if I?m in need of new running shoes. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, the store had great variety of shoes, socks and running clothes, great environment all around.

Casper helped us pick Brooks Ghost and clarified us that we could return the shoes on the online brooks store if we were not happy with the shoe size. However, I visited the store to return the shoe and the assistants on the top floor refused for me to return used shoes. Their explanation was that they don?t receive used shoes as they cannot re-sell them. They didn?t bother to create a link between the store sale with the online account for them to return them directly to brooks online. This was a simple task for Corey in Piccadilly store who made the return easier. Not happy with the service of the two ladies as I lost an hour and also very disturbed with the whole experience as they were not willing to listen to me at all. They didn?t even look me in the eyes when I was talking to them. How can I trust to go back to this store again? Runners need in Piccadilly Circus is best experience so far.

They were short staffed so couldn't see me for a gait analysis. Didn't answer the phone when I called to enquire ahead.Have bought trainers from another branch in the past which were good. Will make another attempt.

Currently under renovation and I almost skipped the visit as it didn?t look open.Was directed to the outdoor store next door which seems to be the same establishment and purchased the product I was interested in.The staff were very friendly and knowledgable on the item.Happy with it so far.Thanks.
