Brilliant service from Richer Sounds Chiswick !!I bought a turntable and Port with great advice from Yash who was really informative and helped me select the best equipment for my needs.Aidan was really helpful showing me how to set up my turntable when I went to collect and Conor really friendly and helpful on the phone. A great team and I highly recommend using Richer Sounds Chiswick. I recently visited Richer Sounds in Chiswick, following a positive experience my brother had there. My main goal was to purchase a new TV, and the team, especially Conor and Aidan, went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The staff were not only accommodating but also knowledgeable.They took the time to ensure I got the best possible deal, searching for discounts. Additionally, they helped in loading the items into my car, which was a great help.Thanks!

5* customer service and a textbook example of going above and beyond. Recently bought a TV which had some damage (through no fault of Richersounds). Aidan was quick to resolve the issue providing a replacement without any hassle or burden of admin. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to the team!

I've used Richer Sounds for audio and TV equipment for decades. They've always been well priced, knowledgeable and on the rare occasion something stopped working (a hifi amp) they've got it fixed without question. On major items they give very good long warranties. I used to trek down to Kingston, later Chelsea, but in more recent years the newer Chiswick branch has been much easier, a short bus ride away. I went there yesterday to collect my new JBL bluetooth headphones. They are now working perfectly with my PC and my new phone (which lacks an audio jack). When I collected them they were located instantly and the staff were very pleasant and chatty. And their price was lower than Amazon's for the same item. Always worth checking out.

I came in last Sunday to buy a speaker for my dance classes and was served by Yash. He was so incredibly helpful and made the whole experience of choosing really fun! In the end I went for a steljes speaker and it arrived two days later. Super fast and easy to set up. Unfortunately one of the screws to connect the wires was too tight so I came back again the next weekend and luckily Yash was there to fix it for me. I was in and out within ten minutes. Massive thank you to him for his incredible service. Whenever I need a new sound system I will most definitely be coming back to him and recommending all my friends!

I spoke to a very helpful gentleman in the chiswick store yesterday who advsed me on certain turntables.I ordered The Denon DP-29f turntable as it is compact and has very good reviews. It arrived the next day and I am so pleased with it. My vinyl sounds amazing on it.Thank you Richer Sounds for your excellent customer service knowledge, and efficient delivery.
