The store is honestly one of the most striking I?ve ever been to. So much detail goes into it. So many items to look and choose from. Very clean and organised. Friendly staff. Great coffee with comfortable seats.

Extremely unsatisfactory experience with the service. I went to the shop with my husband to choose his early birthday gift. While buying a sweater, I requested gift wrapping from the staff. Surprisingly, I was told, ?Oh, your husband has already seen it. There?s no point in gift wrapping.? This response was unexpected and unwelcome. I didn?t seek his opinion, and it was unclear why he felt entitled to advise me in this manner. One rude male staff completely ruined the whole impression about Ralph Lauren. Really terrible.

A cappuccino, a hot chocolate, a chocolate cookie and a loaf banana bread for a little coffee break. The cappuccino is very good, the hot chocolate too. The banana bread is excellent, if you like it, you must try it at all costs. The children devoured the cakes. The store is so beautiful.

As you enter the store, located in the centre before mounting the stairs, there's a coffee stand.What a brilliant idea but for its location. It was so busy i had trouble entering the store.Onecould make the mistake of queuing for coffee when you actually want to shop.The actual Ralph Lauren store is gorgeous it's like being in someone's grand abode. The staff are immaculately dressed and acknowledge you by smiling , greeting you and asking if require assistance.Downside they do not have much choice when it comes to even wear. But I will visit again most definitely

Bought a lovely wool jumper for my son (online) for Christmas. We liked it so much, we left a 5 star review on the product. The jumper developed a hole on the chest wall just below the logo. Upon closer inspection the jumper had been stitched and repaired with an almost invisible (from the outside) 3-4" stitch across the chest wall (!). The response from customer care person from Ralph Lauren (Pelo?) lacked any sort of apology for selling damaged (repaired!) goods and gave as one option to offer me £40 to keep the jumper - I am speechless! While this is not from the store, I am so surprised with the response received, I feel I need to leave this feedback to raise awareness. Is this the sort of customer care we should expect from Ralph Lauren? While I write this review, the case remains open. Perhaps this is brought to management attention and I get an appropriate apology along with the full refund I requested from customer care.

Had the greatest experience, whilst 'only' buying a poloshirt. The staff were joyful; they made me feel seen, respected and valued! My hat off for them; left the store with a big smile on my face, thank you!

One of the nicest and most beautiful shop in London, very nice clothing and decorative articles, lovely and very friendly staff. If you are looking for something a bit more expensive classical stuff, this is the place to be.
