We booked a Carpetner in and the service we received was awful. Stay away! Firstly the Carpetner turned up late on all three occasions and we didn’t even get any work done. He came the first time to give us a quote an hour late than agreed, the second time an hour late to measure and then after phoning over three times...

Amazing staff, who are really kind, skillful and approachable. They were able to fix my lamp within a couple of minutes. Will be going back in the future if I have any hardware issues or want to purchase electrical/DIY bits and bobs.

Not only does this shop stock everything you might need but the staff are unbelievably kind and helpful. Every time I ask for an item, a member of staff leaves the front desk and takes me to where in the shop the item is located, no matter how small. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
