Got served by Fin who was very patient and explained how they’ll try to help my ankle problem (accessory navicular). Fin was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy with the service and will see how the new boots fare on the slopes shortly.

Superb service. Recent ski boot fit. I had spent nearly 10 years in my previous boots which were perfectly comfortable but end of life. Thanks to Johan, I now have something that is higher performance, warmer and comfortable. I had one return visit for some tweaks to the fit and am now very pleased with the result. Recommended!
