Love the designs but poor quality control----20% of the letters and digits fell off the face...this hasn't happened from the cheapest watch I own. It's not expensive to repair ($17 Canadian at Nordstrom), but why should I pay for something that is clearly a manufacturer defect?Photo only shows 13% having fallen off----because this was after repairing the other fallen letters.Total: 20% of the lettering/digits have fallen off.

I was given a watch with a dusty pink with bee embellishment for Christmas. Within 3 months of wearing, the strap has deteriorated and the dusty pink colour has rubbed off. I have took care of the watch and only wore it during the day so I was shocked to find that a watch at that price point would do this. I've had better watched from Urban Outfitters for £12.

Love love love this brand! They have the prettiest watches I have ever seen. I ordered a personalised watch for my aunties birthday but was worried it wouldn't arrive in time however it arrived super fast and looked so nice - the packaging is just perfect too. Will definitely be buying more from this company :)

Received a Birthday gift from my husband by mail and I must say it is the most beautiful packaging I have ever received. The aesthetic in both the packaging and the gifts inside were well thought out. The watches are lovely along with the personalized letter from both my husband and the company. The customer service was amazing when I had to exchange the band due to a minor mistake and the delivery was quick. I definitely plan to start my collection with the brand as everything they have is just perfect to my style.

I received faulty goods. A Birthday gift which were worn once. Despite sending photos and delivering the earrings by hand, Olivia Burton quality control can find nothing wrong. Stating that '...these earrings are sterling silver and will tarnish after some wear'.

Love love love this brand! They have the prettiest watches I have ever seen. Sent back goods that were damaged when opened along with pictures of the damage and a polite request to deal with it. Customer services replied saying they could find no damage when it was so obvious. They did helpfully say that silver items may tarnish with wear. However the items have a clear rough patch on them that didn't come from wearing them!! They have said they will return the items to us but what is the point. They won't be worn again!

I am so impressed with customer service. After 2 years of being taken off and put back on daily, my leather strap started splitting (not a Burton issue or dud product - just expected wear and tear from constant use). I checked the website for a replacement strap and was disappointed at the very small amount of options available for my dial/face size and metal colour (the only reason I gave 4 stars). I am not overly keen on pink, didn't want anything as severe as black & the nude would be terrible on my skin tone, however I contacted Customer Services directly to see if they could track down more options. They did! In no time at all they had given me more than 10 other options to chose from, set up payment and dispatched a replacement (Arrived in 4 days). They were so polite, professional and helpful. Very thankful. My watch is beyond beautiful now with a colour I am very happy with.

The glass has chipped and the company are not prepared to fix it without paying £40, the watch only cost £100, they do not accept that this is a design fault...........this has never happened to any watch I have owned in over 40 years....I have a watch that I inherited from my mother and it is still perfect, shame, I shall not buy one of these watches again and will tell my friends not to, even though many have admired it.

Watch numbers fell off the face of the watch. Spoke to customer service who instead of accepting it may be fault just send me a £30 quote for a repair. Refused to accept it was thier fault, just said it was wear and tear when the watch was only worn at weekends so very occational use. In the end they just stopped responding to me. Won't buy from them again.
