I went into the shop on The Strand yesterday because I had my mobile phone stolen and wanted to get back online as quickly as possible . I spoke to the staff member who looked after business accounts and he took me through the security questions. Firstly he asked for certain characters of my password, and he incorrectly entered the letters as capitals instead of lower case as I had specified so that check failed. The next question was the amount of my last bill which I didn't know. I asked to log into my O2 Business account online and he said I wasn't able to do it from there so I then asked to use a telephone so I could call my office to get the last invoice amount and he said the telephone was currently being used. The end result was he gave me a SIM and told me to call O2 Support and I left. I found the whole situation unhelpful. I had a similar issue a few years back and I went into O2 in Brixton and they couldn't have been more helpful. I dint have the same experience this time unfortunately.

I recently upgraded my son?s mobile phone and had the pleasure of being assisted by Mo, a dedicated staff member at O2 Strand.Mo went above and beyond, spending an hour with us to ensure we not only found the right tariff but also had a seamless experience throughout the process. His expertise and patience made the entire upgrade stress-free. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Mo for his outstanding service. O2 is fortunate to have such a helpful and customer-focused team member.

Professional service !To be honest the level of customer service in the O2 shop is exceptional. The staff in the strand branch of O2 are amazingly polite, patient and technically knowledgeable. I had an issue moving a pay as you go number over to a monthly plan. Denis in the O2 shop was very helpful and managed to resolve a problem which had been running for over a month . Thanks.

Had AMAZING customer serve from Mo Mohammad, I had issue with my SIM card, couldn?t make any phone calls or receive calls. He fixed it within a second. Better than online service.

I recently visited the O2 store near Covent Garden with high hopes of getting some assistance for my mother?s new iPhone 15 and purchasing data for my travels. However, my experience at the store was nothing short of a nightmare.Upon entering, I waited in a queue while several employees seemed more interested in aimlessly wandering around than helping customers. When we finally got to speak to a representative named Kam, I explained our situation ? that we had been directed to the store by an O2 representative at the airport due to the different technology in the new iPhone.To my dismay, Kam was not only unhelpful but shockingly rude. He quickly charged our card for a data package without bothering to ask important questions about our phone, such as its origin. It was only after he attempted to open the iPhone that he realized it was not a UK iPhone 15. Instead of offering a solution or admitting his mistake, Kam proceeded to belittle both my mother and I.Kam's unprofessional behavior continued for around 20 minutes, during which he made derogatory comments and refused to acknowledge his errors. Eventually, he begrudgingly refunded the £20, marking the transaction as a discrepancy.This entire ordeal could have been easily avoided if Kam had simply asked where we were from, especially considering that we explicitly mentioned we were traveling and needed data for the new iPhone 15. We shouldn't have had to explicitly state 'eSIM.' Kam's lack of professionalism, failure to ask pertinent questions, and outright rude behavior make this experience deserving of a 0-star rating for service.The only reason this review isn't a complete wash is because we eventually got our £20 back. However, the overall experience was appalling, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before visiting this O2 store. Customer service should be about understanding and assisting, not demeaning and dismissing customers.

I had an issue going i had previously called up o2 customer service and they never sorted it ; but visting this shop Imran was very helpful amd resourceful and sorted my situation out wish o2 had more staff like him.

I went there a few weeks ago to buy a SIM card for my US cell phone. The staff there was very helpful and provided the needed item.
