Male sauna hsa been our of order for 3 weeks now. Been told will take another 5 weeks to fit a new one. Prior to that the steam room was out of order for 3 weeks. Equipment often need repair and the yesterday a whole row of male showers was broken. I mean WTAF? Who runs a business like this!??!?!?!?! And to add insult to injury our fees were raised FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to recommend the Joint Mobility Programme I took part in last year. Excellent 12 weeks of sessions with Alejandro and colleagues who changed my life and set me up for feeling I could join a gym, gave me confidence to exercise in the right ways. I was apprehensive about using the machines but the excellent instruction and care of the Battersea staff encouraged me to overcome all these fears. I can?t praise this facility and the staff enough. Thanks so much. Particularly loved the circuit training and the yoga class run by Gideon - so much more than a generic yoga class he really helped me see and change my spine stiffness. Thanks to all for the help.

I started the JPP in May and it has helped me a lot with my flexibility and general fitness.Alejandro and Karoline were so knowledgeable in teaching exercises for joint & muscle pain and how to apply these to every day life.Alejandro still continues to give me so much support and always willing to help everyone.

Joined the Joint Pain Programme a year ago which was led by Alejandro and Emily. I cannot thank them more than enough (both) but in particular Alejandro who dealt with our group twice a week for 12 weeks giving each of us our confidence and purpose back. Although we was dealt with as a group we was also dealt with as individuals and our individual needs giving us the tools, confidence, knowledge to improve our movement, pain and understanding and just the kindness which gave a sense of purpose. Thank you so much Alejandro and Emily for all of your hard work and giving back the confidence that had been taken away just from being unfortunate to have an injury or illness that had destroyed mobility but made to feel that it was your fault.Also - what a great bunch of ladies that I met and became friends with!!!

I'm part of the JPP (joint pain program), which finished before Christmas. I had a great time on the course. It helped me to learn how to move correctly, and Alejandro, the team leader, made the sessions really enjoyable and welcoming.This environment was new to me, and to others on the program. I met some lovely people and we made friends and all supported each other.Thanks Alejandro for introducing me to away of moving that I can do despite having pain and restricted movement.

Thank you Alejandro for the 12 weeks of training. You are a star. When I first started at Nuffield I was in so much pain - especially my upper arms and shoulders and also problems with my balance. Now I can lift my arms above my head due to your wonderful training. I can also report my balance has really improved.Even though the group was doing the same exercises you got us working at our own level. Most of us ached afterwards but gradually our pain subsided. You inspired me to continue exercising which I realize now is good for my own well-being. Thank you for your kindness, gentleness and encouragement during the weeks I attended the course. Thanks for impressing upon me the importance of continuing to exercise after the end of the course, after all it will only be beneficial for me and my whole well-being now and in the future. Thanks again Alejandro!!???May I also say, that the course is brilliant and I would encourage anyone who needs help with pain management to join the course.

I?ve recently completed a (free) 12 week Joint Pain programme. Less painful than it sounds. Alejandro was a sympathetic, considerate but quietly demanding instructor carefully tailoring exercises to ability but bringing everyone, myself included, forward by leaps and bounds over the course. These things aren?t meant to be fun but he somehow made sure we all enjoyed ourselves despite some occasionally demanding sessions. It has re-fired my enthusiasm for this kind of exercise and as a pretty old man I?m more than grateful to him for that! Thank you!

I was very happy with the experience in my 12 weeks Joing Pain Programme.I was very impress with the knowleged, pacience and understanding show by Mr Alejandro towards everyone of us, the gym was something new for everyone but he, (Mr Alejsndro), encourge us to learn to use all the equipment whithing yhe gym and I notice that my wellbeing has improved a lot.

I have been on a ?pain course? which has been brilliant. Guidance and support has been excellent and very supportive over 12 weeks. Individual analysis was very helpful to go forward with a training plan. A great range of classes to chose from

I was fortunate to join the Joint Pain Programme @Nuffield Battersea and was lucky to be in Alejandro?s class. He was a patient and thorough leader, he ensured that we all had a one to one experience in all the exercises. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12 weeks programme with Alejandro and would love to return to Nuffield Battersea.

This is a review for the joint pain programme at Nuffield Battersea. Shout out to Alejandro for his patience and adaptability in running these sessions. Our group had varied conditions to be catered for. The programme is a great help to stabilise, strengthen improve balance and add flexibility where possible. It's also fun and gym is less scary in a group!

Nuffield Health Fulham is the perfect place no matter if you want to do a gym session, join a group class, swim or relax in the Spa facilities. All the staff are always very polite and professional. From Reception to PTs and management team! Recommend!
