Came In 2 weeks ago for a service and MOT of my BMW 5 series, Ozzie the man behind the desk was very kind and helpful. First visit for flooded break lights Ozzy quoted £50 and was done within the hour at the agreed price, all good.Second visit for MOT he called 4 hours later saying the MOT was a pass, but he'd replaced my rubber exhaust hangers (without my consent), would only charge for the parts, and I owed him an extra £80.
