24/7 mcd . Order on the kiosk and get your food fast and the restaurant is so clean. Also taste better than what we have in the U.S.A.

We have learned from old times in this restaurant chain: serve yourself. It is not logical that the workers bring the food while the customer sits and eats, the food comes to him and he ends up leaving the dirt and dishes behind. I think there's a war going on in the restaurant. There are few workers, and on top of that they bring the food to customers, and 99% are not people with special needs. Together for the health of the customer and the relief of the employees

Ordered a triple cheeseburger on its own. Waited 15mins whilst they called another 20ish orders after mine. Couldn?t even collect in the end as I almost missed my train. My fault I guess for over estimating the term ?fast food?. Hope somebody enjoys their free burger.

Fantastic experience here from an accessibility point of view. We arrived just trying to grab something warm for the kids to eat on a cold rainy day as tourists going between two attractions. My youngest child was in a wheelchair. As soon as we came in the door a member of staff ?Julie? greeted us and asked if we were wanting to eat in. You can?t see from the entrance if there is any seating that is not up/down steps but she reassured us it was possible and helped us to the accessible seating area asking if one customer would mind moving to a smaller clear table so we could use a larger one. When I entered I was the lone adult with two kids (although was waiting for another adult to join us unknown to Julie) but she asked if I would need some help ordering as I was alone with the kids and wouldn't have been able to see them from the ordering stations. I was fine but the offer was much appreciated. Later on after we had our food she came to check on us and pointed out the accessible toilets.Overall pretty much the best place we visited in London in terms of accessibility (which is a bit depressing but hey ho!)
