Great experience shopping here for a Wine. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Helped us pick out a great red wine within our budget. Very knowledgable and easy to converse with the staff here. We also got to taste a sherry they had on for tastings. The wine selection is not very vast, but they do have a good collection.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I had the most wonderful customer service at the Covent Garden branch yesterday. I went rushing in at around 5.15pm as I was organising a big event at Australia House on the Strand, and my order of 13 cases from another wine company had failed to be delivered by their courier.
