Forget the other DIY shops, this is my first point of call. Always helpful, don?t be afraid to ask questions, the team here are knowledgeable and make sure you get the right thing for the job. Price point is excellent tooThey work efficiently and at speed, no faffing about.

There's a big difference between using this shop on weekdays from the weekend. Weekday staff are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly etc. Weekend staff don't really give a monkey's. I generally try to go elsewhere if I need stuff on a Saturday.

If you want to do colour matching, Lee ( Liridona) is your person . Her customer service was top gold standardShe spent 45 minutes with me, always courteous , patient and knowledgeable, as I tested a colour ( pea green ) for my bathroom. She gave me quotes on best prices, comparing designer mixes with Duluth mixes, she mixed paint and then let me test the mixed paint, drying it with a hairdryer, to check it was mixed for a perfect colour match. She was quite honestly the best assistant I have ever been served by and deserves 5 stars ?? for being an absolute credit to the Leyland Camden team. Thank you Lee !

Not the best experience today. As a professional tradesman I popped into the store to pick up a replacement safety blade for a job. Despite being well over 30 I was asked to provide ID. Don?t usually carry ID with me on quick trips to the builders merchant.Disappointed and left wondering if I was from another demographic would I have experienced the same issue.So in essence?if you look like Wesley Snipes, carry around an ?I?m over 25 sign? with you at all times.Won?t be back in the store and will continue using my ScrewFIX account!

Oliver was super patient and helpful and thanks to him I bought everything that I needed to extend the hose in my dishwasher machine. I had been to Leyland in Shaftesbury Avenue and the customer service was very poor, what a difference.

I?m actually disgusted I?m a regular customer been going there for 8 months and since last week half of the staff that normally serve me and are so polite aren?t there anymore jay,Gemma, George I?m absolutely beyond furious I?ll never ever be shopping there again I?m so shocked that they?re gone never expected this from leylands and leylands I?m gonna go to B&q now never going to leylands again leylands sort your managers out !!

I waited 20 minutes in the queue after not having the product I actually wanted to only then be told I don't look old enough to buy WD40 with a £300 pelican tool case in toe. What because I'm a 30 year woman that doesn't wear makeup? Get over yourselves and hire people with at least a couple of brain cells and a least a little logic.

May as well go to b and q these days. So few products, empty shelves and unknowlegable staff. I go in for something they used to sell and it's either out of stock or they don't stock anymore. Seems like they are only focusing on paint.

I never painted and did not have a sense of how much paint needed I trusted the seller who told me that it was more advantageous to get a bucket of 10 liters instead of 5 liters for the price. Now I'll stay with excess paint I do not need, becauseI was inly to one room. This seller did not help me much, becauseI neededsomeonewith experience and the boy has around18 years old. Outside that the service was not one of the best to paint a room 2 meters for 3 meters I spent almost 100 pounds of material. I did not think the seller really wanted to help me, but just make a higher sale, i was expecting good amendmen. I probably i ineed to buy material to paint again I will go to another store in the expectation of having a more honest and better customer service.
