Don't touch this company, they're 100% fraudulent. I ordered 22nd February and on march 30th my delivery got aborted because apparently the swift courier damaged the mattress. The image provided was tampered with and fake. They remanufactured the mattress and I was told it was in London ready to be delivered in a couple days June. July comes and my mattress in in France. It got stopped by customs because apparently they found illegal migrants in their truck. So it never got to London. Or they're lying. They provided me with a fake Border Dovers customs letter. I requested to cancel. They said okay and the refund will come on 09/08. It hasn't come and they're ignoring me. Check trust pilot, every UK customer has been scammed. Only BG review are positive and they're fake if you investigate the accounts.

Hi!I placed an order on the 26th July. After calling and emailing a few times I was told that the order will be delivered on the 25th August. On the 26th August I received an email that the ordered will not be delivered because Shift(the delivery company) damage the mattress. I was choose the refund option. Since then I emailed them almost every day but no reply. I try to call them but no one is answering the mobile phone.@LatexPro if you see this message( because I notice you tend to reply to the reviews on google) please can you tell me when will the money be into my account?Ioana

I use only latex mattresses. I have a total of 3 latex mattresses with this Bio Air model. This is the best mattress! It is very interesting how it maintains temperature control. When you go to bed it's room temperature. When you are already with him, keep my body temperature. Simply amazing... Here there is everything that can be felt as quality comfort. Arrived on time. It really is a game changer in terms of comfort and feel. A combination of support and lightness. Just wonderful! Merry Christmas everyone. Thank you Latex Pro!

A combination of quality and the idea of ??comfort. Very comfortable! Wonderful performance. Latex mattresses are a little heavier than others. They have much more density with which they provide the best support. At the same time, they have the highest elasticity, which makes them even more comfortable and adaptable. I chose the top layer Soft and the base layer Medium. The mattress also has a body stretching function because of the 7 zones. It's great to feel this concept working for me. It arrived very well packaged with the idea of ??being protected. The Classic pillows also have very good support. For me, the future is in latex mattresses

Honestly was nervous about buying a mattress online. I thought about splurging on a big name brand I could test in stores first, but took a chance because of the reviews. SO glad I did. My husband and I are both happy with this purchase and feel well rested after a night?s sleep on this. ????
