I turned up 15 minutes after opening, and was told the person who could help me had stepped out for 10 minutes. Had to wait for what turned out to be longer. The other man in the shop totally unable to help me.

Great local post office. Staff are always courteous and friendly. They know the locals and I see them greet regulars often. The other post office in Maida Vale is a mess so I?m thankful that this branch exists and is run by nice normal people and all their services work, at least every time I?ve visited it?s been the case.
