Purchased 3 squishmallow soft toys online. 1 was faulty and I emailed with the problem numerous times as I was unable to give as a gift, but no response from them. Very poor.

This store have a good selection of toys but the staff discriminated against. As soon as I walked I started looking for what I wanted to get, seconds after a member of staff rushed round the corner and started acting as if she was rearranging toys. I walked away because I could tell this would not be a pleasant experience and I didn?t see what I wanted in that section. I was looking for a specific brand of toy and found a section more suited for the age I was looking at then another or the same person came walking by slowing. I had a toy I was going to purchase but put it down and walked out. It is uncomfortable shopping in a store where employees see your a black person and automatically it means in a theft. There?s was other in the store who a different ethnicity and they didn?t treat them like that. It?s a shame really because I really wanted to get something but their behaviour was absolutely disgusting!
