You have to be super pushy and stand your ground. Whenever something needed fixing it would take up to two months and a lot of haggling. We had hot water issues and they acted like they didn't believe us, it would also take about 4 different people to figure out the problems. Also get your own deep cleaners as the people they use are terrible and don't clean properly and you'll have many issues with your exit. They insisted three times to use their cleaners until I gave in. I will not be using Keatons ever again nor do I recommend them.
