Purchased the Fern chair from Haworth Europe. First one arrived and the backrest was faulty, it wouldn't slide in. They eventually got it picked up and delivered a replacement. But had the exact same issue on the new chair! No explanation as to why this is happening. I used a mallet to force the backrest in (not completely, but enough) so that it's useable.I requested a partial refund as for such an expensive chair, I shouldn't have to deal with these issues. They offered a 70 Eur refund. Crazy considering this is a £1k chair! My colleagues and I would have bought several more chairs, but this whole thing was poorly handled. And still no explanation as to why the backrest does not slide in fully. What a shame.

Delivery took 4 weeks - when it arrived it was a broken chair which someone else had returned to the warehouse. Still waiting for customer service to resolve the issue

Such a warm and welcoming experience. Jackie was a fantastic host, and allowed us time to really feel out the chairs without rushing, as well as providing thorough demonstrations of how everything worked. Could not have asked for more.
