Not a great experience at all!I took my 14ct gold necklace to see how much could I sell it for..The lady/which I prefer not to name/checked it and offered £60.When I agreed, she changed her mind very quickly and claimed it's 9ct gold and she could give me £40.The hallmark 585 is clearly seen on the necklace!What a disgrace... read full comment
