I don't usually post reviews but can't fault the service received from Nick at Phones N'Tones, he repaired the cracked back on my Samsung S8 in 3 days and delivered it back to be for a very reasonable price. I would recommend giving him a ring or text to check if he's on his premises beforehand if you're dropping off your phone as he is often out delivering (he is at the rear of IC Estate Agents). Thanks Nick!

When i dropped my IPAD my heart sunk at the cost of repairing it, But by following a recommendation for Fone and Tones my mind was quickly put to rest. Nick Replied to my Enquiry within 1 hour on a Sunday evening and quoted the best price from 3 other companies that i contacted.He also collected and dropped back my IPAD to Loughton as he had a lot of clients in that area,from start to finish to service was 100% Positive. Called Nick about a shattered iPad screen. He came to my house to collect it and said it would be fixed in a couple of days. He had it back with me within 24 hours. I am so impressed with the service and communication, highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service! My autistic son smashed his iPad screen and was lost without it. Nick from fones and tones saw my desperate plea online, to get it fixed locally in time for Christmas. Nick went above and beyond and got my sons iPad fixed and dropped back to me in just 24 hours! For a very reasonable price too!Will definitely be a returning customer when we need our gadgets fixed in the future and will recommend fones and tones to all!
