Absolutely incredible. I have been coming here for two years, they are so good in fact that I now come for a weekly blow dry. Orkun has a way with thick uncontrollable Mediterranean hair, I now insist on a weekly blow dry as I just can?t seem to make it look as good as he does. The whole team is so welcoming, friendly and professional, it feels like home away from home. There is no better salon!

Overall happy with my treatment, but not happy that the cost in the brochure was for £25 for the full service and when it came to paying they said it was £35, I don?t think that?s fair and I think it?s unprofessional. I wasn?t explained why the cost was different. I paid because I didn?t want the other customer to feel uncomfortable, but I don?t think that this is Acceptable. The fact that the full face threading implies that eyebrows are included and no one corrected the fact that it wasn?t I expected to pay £25 for a full face threading. I even asked before going upstairs if this was £25 in total, It was only when I went downstairs to pay that it was apparent to me because of the extra cost that I was being charged extra for my eyebrows. I did ask why there was an extra charge, the receptionist said she didn?t know and that?s the price Sonay was charging, this is a correct review and maybe you should brush up your communication skills with your clients . The £10 extra is not the problem the problem is that you?re advertising a treatment at a certain price on your list and then charging extra without it stating on your list that the eyebrows are not included.

I always fancied using Envy On the Hill, I finally took a leap and had my first appointment yesterday with Gloria, who is a lovely stylist!I have thin and fine hair and I get very anxious about going to get my hair done.However, after an initial consultation with Gloria, I felt I could trust with my hair.Gloria did an absolutely fantastic job - really listened to what I wanted, was very careful and I was really happy with my results - not only for my new hair, but now I've finally found a good stylist that's right for me, after having long avoidant gaps in having my hair cut, I will not need to neglect my hair again for fear of someone getting it wrong!Planning to book my next appointment so it is scheduled in.- I'm really so delighted about this.I would like to add that I was not asked to write a review - as some salons pressure us to do. But I couldn't wait to write one, which is how things should be anyway when you are pleased with a service!A very big thank you to Gloria and the salon for making me feel welcome and confident. Thank you so much.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, went for highlights, paid £200, £40 over what I was originally quoted. along the process the 2 juniors were saying how nice the hair colour was whilst it was taking in foil and when they were washing it out. Giggling in turkish knowingly I can't understand. There were 3 people adding colour in my hair, a stylist (man) and 2 juniors, that's 3 different patterns/ways that colour was put in my hair. An appointment shouldn't be shared with others, it didn't feel like a unique appointment. It was careless and selfish so that they can cram in as many clients in one day. No care was taken at all. When I looked in the mirror after the wash, (which took at least 20 minutes as they seemed to be panicking when they were rinsing it) it was shocked to see white with green! God knows if they were putting in wrong colours or toners but it's not my job to tell them. I was crying, the hairdresser said he was happy with the colour but who would be happy with green or white to look like an old woman! I also showed him a photo of what style I would like and it looked nothing like it. a few weeks on and my gorgeous long hair now has to be cut short because it's dried like a prune! So upset I can't even explain how much!

I?ve know Sonay for over 15 years and she has since been shaping my eyebrows. I refuse to use any other. Not only is she great at what she does but a lovely personality that puts you at ease.I highly recommend Envy for all hair and beauty needs.
