Very poor experience and lack of service in this branch of Cafe Nero. I had to repeat my order 3-4 times as the person serving didn't speak English properly. My mocha that I ordered was not made properly. It was burnt coffee and chocolate had settled at the bottom. Please do better.

The toilet was overflowing and the staff didn't do anything. Even though they knew it was like this, they kept saying the toilet code!

More dirty....you die!!!The one and only toilet is so dirty, the papers are scattered everywhere on the floor, in the basin and the urine down on the tiles stinks all the way to the room!!!The health center does not work in London???To close it, it is a bomb for the health of the world

Unfortunately one toilet for the at least 50 people that can fit in here is ridiculous. There is a perfectly good disabled toilet not being used because the staff don?t have the key, a bit ridiculous considering the big queue!

I ordered a large cappuccino and it contained only half the glass. The barista with a very bad attitude. They ask you for a password to enter the bathroom and it doesn't work, since you manage to enter, the bathroom is disgustingly dirty. Two hours before the cafeteria closes, you are asked to vacate an area.

The toilets were blocked off with tables and chairs stacked on top of each other, likely in response to heavy foot traffic during Chinese New Year. When I (and other people) asked about accessing it as paid customers, the staff member either ignored us or replied with a snarky ?no?. It?s not an unreasonable request. I found it to be quite ableist, degrading, and just general villain behaviour.

We visited Caffè Nero at Yrafalgar Square today during the Chinese New Years celebrations. The place was surprisingly clean, especially considering during this crowded event on the Square. It was a huge queue line, I mean, really huge, but the staff was supernice and smiled. The coffee was perfect, the brownie and the lemon muffin were fresh. We asked for a bit of extra milk foe the espresso and they gave it to us in a tiny cap, supernice gesture, most places just say no for that request. The place had a calm atmosphere and people and families were just sitting there and enjoying a little break before going back to the celebrations.Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian option, dessert, sandwich, its quite enjoyable as vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Lot of kids were there because if the Chinese New year celebrations across the street.

This complaint is to express my dissatisfaction with the current service at Caffè Nero in Trafalgar Square. I urgently needed to use the disabled toilet, because there was onl one open by the time and the queue was very long. Despite presenting my disability cards to the employee, the manager, identified as a South American woman, claimed that the disabled bathroom was broken, ignoring my urgent situation. Switching to Spanish, because I'm Latina, so I speak Spanish too, and I thought that speaking to her in our language would help her understand the situation better, I explained my condition, but the manager insisted on a purchase before opening the disabled toilet for me. I had an emergency! and she wanted me to stand in another long line to buy something first. After threatening to file a complaint and asking her several times the manager reluctantly opened the toilet and demanded that I say "please" one more time. Upon verification, the toilet was operational, contradicting the manager's initial claim. Despite my request for a complaint form, the manager dismissed me, emphasizing her ten years of service, attempting to undermine the validity of my complaint. The overall lack of customer service skills, empathy, and understanding, especially in a situation of urgent health need, is highly disappointing. The discriminatory treatment and threatening behavior I experienced tarnish your establishment's reputation.

Today I?ve only just sat down and drank my medium cup of coffee and few seconds after I?ve had my last sip the staff who did the cleaning went to my table without a word took my empty cup wiped and left the table so wet and transferred my cup to the next table. Appalling behaviour! The staff looked like they didn?t want to be there. live in countryside in a nice area I?ve never came across this type of customer service. I could have had coffee next door and probably had a better service. I?ve been waiting for my friends to meet up there and have more coffees and cakes but I left messaging my friends to go somewhere else better. I hope London visitors avoid this kind of shop when visitors are looked down instead of feeling welcomed.

Lovely little coffee shop on the side of Trafalgar Square, stopped in here for a tea break whilst exploring London. Well worth the money and the visit :)
