I have to say I absolutely love Bunka at forest hill the staff have always been amazing kasha who works there is super helpful and even offered to wrap my gifts up. Staff are so friendly and helpful. They really make an effort. Interesting range of products as well. Great for gifts.

Bought a music box here recently for my daughter which cost over £50 and broke within a day. I also went in today for a birthday present for a 1 year old and the staff got annoyed that my 1 year old tried on a hat and dropped it on the floor.
