Wouldn't recommend this store. I purchased a game for a family member for £45, only to find (after taking off the price tag) that it was originally £40. When trying to get my £5 back, I was unable to do so (as apparently, the prices for product rotate every 2 weeks). Another family member purchased a phone from here (which is faulty). If I were you, I'd be skeptical when buying products here.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my engineer Raj, who was very helpful to try to fix my phone screen and given me advices about what to do about my software issues. He did an amazing job. I hope you commend this guy for not just so good on his craft but also great customer service. Thank you Raj!

Great bargains way better than cex and it had a really helpful employee called Ali or Eli came here on Saturday 26 November and really enjoyed the experience, really good bargains really great employees really great store!!!

Badly Broken my iPhone on a Friday dropped for fixing and received back in few hours saved my life I have an important meeting- fantastic service by Tech Raj brilliantly honest absolutely no qualms about recommending him. Before sending I checked out reviews for local people as I was wary about drop-in off (or indeed fixing at all) but all local reviews seemed mixed so after nearly passing out at the amount Apple were wanting to replace screen on an iPhone I decided to give a try. Thanks Raj ,So pleased I did.
