I asked the staff member how to deposit old paper £20 and £50 notes and old £1 coins at the cash machine. Because of the old coins, she asked me to go with her to the counter and quickly deposited the cash to my bank account. I?m happy with the service. Thank you for your help.

Was abused based on me being wheelchair bound!Attended the branch to have my documents verified, was kept waiting over 30 mins while they attended clients that came after me. Hinal is what she maybe is called, does not have any customer service skills nor is she DDA compliant. The IC3 male, who was stood as if he was a club doorman with a dark mask covering his face was looking at me aggressively. The staff in this branch are so hostile, to put the cherry on top they have a message on the wall stating any rude customers will be reported to the Police (in my case I have diplomatic immunity) and their accounts shut down. Well if you are going to be unprofessional then customers are going to get verbal. I would urge any customer who falls under the DDA category such as myself to stay away from this branch and use the next nearest branch on Wormwood Street where they are so attentive and professional. My review of the encounter with them will be posted on their respective Google page.I?ve reported this incident to the relevant authorities that need to know!

One of worst customer service. Staff is not attentive and rude. No care attitude. If they see any customer - they just pull a big face as if they don?t want to see a customer. Someone needs to remind them they are there for customers. Poor service. Waiting waiting waiting waiting - one deposit took nearly half an hour and the needed another half an hour to manage the cash.

This morning I went to the counter to withdraw some money without card. The blond hair lady at the counter was really helpful, she solved a lot of problems for me. She is really helpful and friendly. It?s really nice to start the Monday morning with such a nice experience.

This is going against other reviews but I love this branch. Whether for helping with cash on my business banking or my re-fixing my personal mortgages or upgrading my personal bank account - the staff here are great. I really appreciate how polite and helpful they are.

Possibly the worst customer service I?ve ever encountered and I work in a customer facing role. The staff absolutely do not care about your needs as a client & that lady at reception needs to be fired. There?s absolutely no excuse for speaking to anyone the way she does. If that?s the face of the branch can only imagine what the rest of it looks like.

Possibly the worst cusotmer service ever... I went to this barclays bank today around 11:45 and there was a women from Essex sitting at the desk as soon as I walked in she was very rude.

Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. Not only unhelpful for a very quick ID request which I was patiently waiting for after being advised it would be 5 minutes, I was then asked to re-book an appointment. Not only were staff were unhelpful, they became aggressive and rude, in fact another staff member sitting at the counter decided to weigh in as they were helping another customer.

Im seriously disappointed another time. The man who helped me was wearing two thick masks and was sitting behind a thick plastic pane. It was hard to hear and understand. Besides, if he is afraid for his health, he should stay at home and not organize private tours towards me regarding masks.

Receptionist doesn?t have manner to speak clients , didn?t even try to move her finger and terrible customer service.Regretted I went there , I?m sure many other people agree with me .My advice if you go there avoid a brunette woman on the counter .
