Their people barely have any respect for their customers - they called me ?student? without asking while I?m already working, and sounded quite forceful and impatient throughout the call. But at least they did pick up the phone call and solved the issue I met.Hopefully they?ll be given some proper service training later. Only after that would the Bank of China become a better one.

very rude staff and they do not have info about their own bank this a bank we call we expect some sort of manner we are not calling bed and breakfast
