REALLY poor experience. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Randomly made a decision not to accept courier parcels sent for 'Click and Collect' purposes, and rejected £300 of my stuff without notice to Ebay, Click and Collect etc. It all got sent back to the respective senders, which caused stress, delays and resulted in the sellers paying twice for postage (to redirect to my home). A and D didn't give any reason for their abrupt decision to disengage click and collect without prior notice, and have massively inconvenienced myself and many other locals. When questioned by myself and Ebay reps, they slammed the phone down!

Honest nice shop assistant! I had a ton of trouble finding an ups point that would accept a big package to drop. This guy was super nice and accepted it. Others said there?s no space and wanted me to come back, but here he was very nice.
