Staff at Leyton orient pharmacy are very unprofessional, I stood at the counter waiting to be served whilst 2 member of staff were at the back having a laugh and a conversation for Atleast 5 mins whilst glancing at me occasionally another staff member completely ignored me and stayed on her computer despite that she saw me standing and we made eye contact,finally at last one staff came and ask if I have been served and did not apologise for the wait the bunch of them need to have some customer service re training again.

i am very happy with this pharmacy in general but they hire people that dont check prescprition properly. i had a prescription for my daughther to pick up i called in to check if they have it , They mention to me no, we dont get paid for this .i called back the 4th floor to check if it has been send the prescption was send 2 hr ago and they told me to check with pharmacy, please hire people which know how to do their jobs and also to know how to talk to customers . Because like this lady which was over the phone was giving me the impresion all stupid people get hired

Worst customer experience, man by the name of Muhammad Omar or Umar was not the most pleasant person to speak to since he has difficulties understanding English he will make sure it?s always the customer who is at fault. He prefers to give an esol lesson rather than deal with the repeat prescription sent by emergency 111. Due to his incompetence I had to get an ambulance sent to my house as my condition worsened. Please avoid at all cost and choose a different emergency 111 pharmacy if needed.

The pharmacy cannot decide whether you have to request repeat prescriptions, or if they will have them prepared, or if you will be notified when it is ready - apparently they practice all three dependent on how they feel on any given dayIf you have a repeat prescription, don't expect it to be fulfilled on time even if you've requested it in advance, such as I did currently yet I'm still on day 4 without medication

Travelled from other side of Waltham Forest as this chemist was the only place listed on Waltham Forest website as doing covid jabs for kids at weekend. Got there to be told quite rudely they weren't doing them at weekends, but they hadn't bothered to update the website. Very poor given the importance of getting children vaccinated,and we are travelling at half term. Kids were geared up to get vaccines too. Would avoid.

Fantastic service today! Had the medication no other local pharmacy had. Pharmacist was very reassuring to my wife when she called and couldn?t be more kind, comforting and helpful. Will definitely be using this place in the future.

Easy access with a modern and fresh feel to the pharmacy ? One thing to bear in mind is that there may be limited parking ?? around there as the pharmacy is located on a main road.

Poor !Took my child for a polio jab and the man giving the vaccination was just incompetent. Staff administering vaccinations to little children should have some compassion but this man was unskilled, handled my child roughly and outright rude.

Very disappointed with the service today went to whipps had a prescription for 4 items , asked if you had any and the counter person just went No and walked off, to think this is the only pharmacy near whipps that there pharmaceutical stock would be quite good ? and open late and on Sundays tooWon't be coming back..

Terrible service, refused to give C19 booster even though government is urging everyone over 18 and over 3 months from their 2nd dose to get boosted. They should update their system and ask staff to keep up with the pace of covid! They are putting public at risk with their poor ?system?.

It would be a lot better if they answered the phone. I must've called 20 times today, after failing to get hold of them for a few days, and yet they include their telephone number in their text notifications as if inviting you to call! :/

Avoid!Pharmacists are very rude and aggressive! Be ready to be frightened by calling the police if you come after 9 pm for emergency painkillers for the infant.
