Popped in for a shop (on 20-Oct-23 between 21:30 and 22:00) only to witness a father whose young son urgently needed to use the toilet was told there wasn't one. Watched the distraught father have to explain to his son that he'd need to "hold it in". It's 2023, Asda! Do better!

They deserve a one star review just for those 6 bottles of water they have without a handle, not to mention their alarm system which always goes off for no reason, which is often the highlight of their employee?s day, and will attempt to humiliate the innocent customer.Stock levels need addressing. The temperature of their freezers are off.Apart from that it?s ok

I like shopping in ASDA but this particular one is very badly stocked, disorganised and understaffed. They lack many of my favourite ASDA own brand products and have extremely poor plant-based offering. Asda has some amazing vegan products but they don?t stick majority of them here for some reason. They keep rearranging the shelves which makes it really difficult to locate stuff. I?ve lived in the area for almost two years and I feel like every time I go there, the layout changes. There?s not enough staff so during busier times (afternoons) there are very long queues and a long wait to get any assistance.During the pandemic they decided to close the main doors. I don?t know the reasoning for them still being closed to this day. Even when their shutters were broken in the back, they would make customers walk a longer way to get though a tiny gap instead of just opening their main doors in the front.

Very poorly managed. Most of the time shelves are empty and you can't find what you're looking for. Surprising how such a big supermarket offers such little variety of vegetables and fruit. The self checkout machines are the slowest i have ever seen. For some reason they no longer use the front door and you need to sneak around the back to get in, which is super annoying. And to top it off, it's no longer cheap... in fact I'd say it's gone expensive!! You're better off shopping at the Tesco not far from it, it's much better managed, much better selection of products and feels more professional.

I?m new to the area. Extremely badly ran store. No trolleys anyway to be found. Not a single till was open. The self service was the only way to pay? however the queue was aprox 50 people long and stretched the length of the fruit and veg aisle. I usually like shopping at ASDA but I?ve Never been to such a badly ran store in my life

Not the largest store. And so doesn't have all the produce. Can get busy at times too with a long wait for the self checkout. More self checkout tills required.

Big store, skeleton crewDo enjoy stacking shopping items in a tiny self-checkout station because none of the checkout isles are ever open? Or store clerks that treat you like you?re about to steal something?Even price wise there are cheaper alternatives in Lewisham if you can manage a longer trip.

The main front door was shut at the start of COVID but never re-opened. Annoying to have to go round the back every time.

We use this store every day most of staff are very nice but my daughter went in and used the self service till she paid for what she bought but because the machine was running slow it didn?t show at first instead of the young girl who works there waiting she accused my daughter of not paying which she was so embarrassed about because she said it in front of other customers this isn?t good enough, we?ll just an update I had an email asking for details I replied with all the details and haven?t heard another thing since it?s a bloody joke my daughter isn?t happy about this so I went in store and made a complaint and all I got was oh sorry about that that dosent change the fact that my daughter was humiliated in front of everyone

Hire proper IT and compliance specialists who can rewrite a return policy, which is working with Costco, Tesco and other shops.I don?t need to carry on my card to return anything what was bought from the shop. Apple Pay same as android pay create a unique number for the card which is used for the payment, so return can be done only to the same card, no matter if I have card with meOr not.I?m rarely going ro Asda, probably the was my last visit, and everything is just for 2.7 pounds, horrible. You need to pass someDigitalization events :(
