Rude staff went their monday on 8/1/24 afternoon and they literally looked so unbothered and unwilling to help as soon as u walk into the store they look disappointed to have to work and help people, was in the store for like 2 seconds because the man that I talked to looked so annoyed there was a customer and told me to just call online like ok? and then as soon as I left they went back to sitting and talking. EE used to be so helpful and good to go into for help u used to leave the stores satisfied with the service u obviously expect to have not in an entitled way just in general. but now they can?t even fix a problem they created telling u to just call online like god

I dropped by, with 'Er Indoors, to get her a new mobile and, incredibly, I actually enjoyed the experience.The charming Albanian sales lady knew what she was talking about, and quickly found a Samsung that was both within Madame's range of experience and my pocket.Sim swapped over, key stuff moved to the new kit, and all without pressure and as fast as possible.

I do not normally leave reviews, however the customer service I received today was awful. Please avoid and be vigilant. All I wanted to do was cancel my contract and go on pay as you go. The male staff that came to help straight away asked for my phone after I explain the why I was there. I was uncomfortable to hand him my phone so he said dial 150 which I already knew, but he said do not press option 1. Then he left and came with his phone again he asked for my phone. I sad I can do this at home right and he said start the process her in the store. At this point I thought he was going to help me in a way that will accelerate the process. I was sitting down and he was standing, I handed him the phone, and then I got up to see what he was doing (so that he does not do anything doggy with my phone). All he did was dial a number on my phone which I could have done myself. All he had to say was we cannot help you in store just call this number. The strange thing, I checked my phone and the NFC was on and I never use NFC. When he was I went to the manager Wafa and I asked is it a normal procedure to ask for a customers phone just to dial a number. She replied why did you give him your phone, and (in short) she added it is normal procedure and in the future I should not give my phone in the future. Trust me I will not!!. However, as a customer I needed help (not with dialing a number). You do not have to make customers feel uncomfortable or worried when you can simply write a number on a paper or simply say you can find the number online which I could have done myself rather than making out the only way you can solve their problem is by them handing you their phone. Very very doggy and unprofessional!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff.\\n\\nI visited on a busy Monday and though they were short of staff, the two guys on duty coped well with the number of customers waiting.\\n\\nI only had to wait a few minutes before I was seen by Jason the store manager.\\n\\nJason was super-helpful and knew his stuff. Sorted out my iPhone battery issue in just a few minutes.\\n\\nThanks Jason!

That?s what happened Today Wednesday 12th April 17:00I visited Kilburn stores , and never again, an extremely impudent female so called member of staff spoke rudely to my 14 years old son who was sat waiting for his unknown turn to be served , my son was talking to me , when she gave him the dirtiest look in the eye telling him when , the staff is helping customers he needs to be patient !!He wasn?t even looking at her ,When she was free to see him he told her his SIM needs unlocking, she stormed to a private room for 5 seconds then came out to tell him that he needs a new SIM and they don?t have one.The chaos pervades the store, customers walk in and sit down like at a barber shop you don?t know who?s next , 1 star is too good for the way we were treated.

Male staff are pathetic. Tried to tell me I could only upgrade my phone rather than downgrade, and the muslim guy lied then rolled his eyes at me when I declined his persistent suggestion to switch to using a BT router. Walked out. All they care about is their commission.
