Extremely poor customer service. If you want to sell something, they don?t even listen to you, and treat you like an object or a rubbish individual with an item.If I could be allowed go give 0 star option, I would choose that.

Scam artist sold my phone Monday morning Samsung s23 ultra and till now ain't got my money been told I'll receive a call or email then they don't even do that the reason I sold it was to pay for stuff due to cost of living if u lot don't give me my money by tonight 7pm I will be at your store to collect more than my phone and money take it as u like it no one robs me then gets away

Rude customer service sold me a game took it back as it was scratched up but they told my partner it was new charged her 60 quid then told me it only had 1 day warranty lol what a joke I took it back nextday as I was working but they refused to change or refund I called a raised a complaint and never ever heard back from them its now been 2 months

I went in today, prepared to spend up to £300 on a new phone as mine had broken. The guy who served me - young, longish hair, wearing a cap - urgently needs some customer service training as I couldn't believe how rude and unhelpful he was. I asked to have a look at a phone, and he told me - very curtly - that I needed to point it out to him. He brought it out, put it on the desk in front of me and pointed at it without saying a word. The screen was quite badly damaged, so I asked to look at a more expensive model that seemed to be in better condition.He then proceeded to stand behind the glass, shrugging his shoulders and waving his arms around - presumably to indicate that he wanted me to do the same again and point out the phone - again not using any words. Although it was in much better condition and I definitely did want to purchase it, I decided to leave without buying the phone (for £200) because he was so rude. He was clearly the type of employee who comes in to do the absolute bare minimum, get paid, and go homeI wonder how much business the store is losing because of the lazy, indifferent, and ignorant attitude of the staff. I am a professional customer service trainer, so please let me know if you're interested in one of my courses lol

Had a problem with my Apple Watch that was purchased from another branch, and Antonio and Mohamad at the CEX Shop sorted it out in no time! Super friendly and professional. Amazing customer service from them, top notch! Highly recommend this shop, and I'll definitely be back!

I bought 2 games, where both were suppose to have additional discs with bonus content. I only got the discs with bonus content, no main games. I understand, making a mistake with one game, but not both. My advice: don't trust, and definitely verify before you leave the store.

Best shop for a games from all eras, they might not have what you want but they have a lot of games.

I was trying to sell a device which was almost brand new and I knew that it worked perfectly, but when I came back after long wait I was informed that it failed the testing. It seemed unlikely to me so I checked it again at home and everything was fine, I took it to a different branch and sold the device with no issues.Looks like the technician simply didn't know how to do it, so I just wasted [plenty of] time by going there.My advice: get a better technician.
