I used their ATM this morning in this branch and my Lloyds Bank card was captured by the machine. Two employeees , no "good morning, how can I help you ?". Ten minutes waiting to get my card back. No "sorry for the incident Mr customer". A scandal. Again ???

Had a wonderful experience at the bank today. Needed my statements printed and stamped on every page for a urgent visa application. Most banks refuse to do this as they say everything is online - but Karen was very nice, professional, and took the time to help. Thank you.

The woman who named herself as ?Kelly? is the most unprofessional woman I?ve come across.I waited in line, was finally my turn and she guided me to the phone to speak to customer service and said she would take my call to verify my identity. After 10 seconds of being on the phone, she told me she?d be back in one moment and then proceeded to help another customer so I flagged down someone else as the Lloyds customer service rep was waiting to speak to a member of staff to verify my identity.I then sat and waited for her again as I explained I need to change my phone number, I sat and listened to her talking to a gentleman, taking his phone number, talking about morocco and fish all whilst making eye contact with me and acknowledging I?m still waiting for her assistance. Bear in mind I was waiting 10 minutes and listening to them chit chat!Just so unprofessional, I?ve never seen someone act this way in a busy bank knowing there are customers waiting, especially when she was tending to me first but left to have a private conversation with a gentleman.

Attempting to close a simple current account since the end of June. First by letter then by multiple calls.Was told the account had gone inactive and had to reactivated by calling a robotic number with account details. Robot said account now active. No contact from branch with progress. Received a lengthy change of address form which was completed and returned over a month ago. No other communication from the branch. No account statements.

1 hour wait to deposit cash. The branch is under staffed and only has one cash deposit machine. The wait time is always ridiculously long. The staff are nice and doing their best but the facilities are not helping.

Queued 40 minutes today to deposit some cash.The machine had broken down and the place was packed with customers.After 40 minutes queuing I gave up and deposited in metro bank within 1 minute.This bank always has very slow service.

The worst Lloyd brand I have ever been!After issue with them today I checked their reviews. Now it's all clear, many of you experience the same poor service from them.I went to update my details and they refused my document as in their opinion it was missing English version translated by solicitor. Document was issued buy highest body and had few languages translations including English.What was the worst - after asking where it said that needed to be translated by solicitor, guy replay 'I said'!!! Wow!Then young lady who was also serving me said in very sarcastic and arogant way 'bye'.None of them should be working in customer service.Other brand accepted document.
