Bad service in 2021, still bad today (nov 2023). No customer service, when I finally wanted to purchase a laptop, they're charging me £70 for "pre-setup".

Terrible, brattish staff, was there for about 35 minutes and got nowhere, spoke to 2 staff with a very unnecessarily hostile, aggressive attitude, overall an incredibly uncomfortable and juvenile atmosphere, creepy men doing their job terribly, odd and has put me right off Currys, happily there are alternatives.

I went there to asked if can I return or exchange the laptop i bought and one of the staff told me to speak to one of their colleague.And i spoke to the lady named Zara and told me she's the manager.And I explain to her why i want to return or exchange the product and unbelievable she's so rude!!!This lady don't deserve to be a manager as she don't listen to costumer!

Nice things at good prices. A great pity that the shop assistants were absolutely useless and knew nothing about the products. I left without buying anything fir that reason.

The worst customer service I have ever received. I don't normally leave reviews but thought I should because of how shocking my experience here was. I came to the store midday Tuesday which is not a busy time yet was told to wait over 45 minutes to speak to a member of staff (which you have to do to buy anything!) The staff working on the floor were shouting and swearing at each other, ignoring customers and seemed generally clueless about the products they are selling. I was planning to spend over a grand on a new laptop but was put off by the rude and incompetent staff so ended up leaving. Don't waste your time going here I went to the Currys in Westfield and had a much better experience thanks to the helpful and knowledgable staff there.

Unable to open package to see what you are buying. Will not return unless unopened or faulty. Not a lot of technical help there. Reasonable range of products

Love Currys. I love wandering around looking at latest technology. Somehow online just isn't the same. You can't see, touch, feel and hear the merchandise.You can't ask staff for advise etc.Long live Currys

No service and I handed in an electronic for cash but they had no voucher. I called to see if I could get cash on my microwave and online they confirmed a £60 voucher. In store they had no clue and made me take it back. Seems no communication internally and company is in big trouble with customer service. I used to be a big Customer but no chance I?ll ever purchase from curry?s again. Sorry to see the company in such a bad state

the service is awful. went in just now and there?s almost nobody in the store - yet couldn?t find a free assistant to help. they?re on lunch i was told- this at 2.45 - god help them if they actually get busy. but they most probably never do, given the poor level of attention to customers.

Currys has potential, but the stores are old and full of boxes everywhere, which don't match the technology vibes that we go there to purchase. Plus, they don't have many options. At this specific unit, the sellers don't care about helping anyone.The website tho is awesome!
