Horrible service - pharmacist not listen to details asking same question again again again as she is not focusing. At pharmacy unable to get a bag, queue aside 3m away again for a 12p paper bag. Boots - disaster

I encountered discrimination today at the pharmacy when the pharmacist denied my request for assistance and ignored me, claiming that their system was down. In an attempt to prevent further inappropriate behavior, I wanted to offerer my British passport. However, I witnessed a gentleman, dressed in a black coat and suit, express the same concerns and receive completely different service. The pharmacist served him with enthusiasm and what seemed to be a preference for his office outwear and British nature!! Both the pharmacist and the manager displayed arrogance at this store! I intend to discover the names of these individuals and report them to the complaint department at Boots.

Terrible members on shop now. Most prices are now members only and non members pay more. Why is this legal in the UK. It should just be the same price for all customers.

Hi, today I wanted to buy a perfume but wasn?t sure which one exactly, as I?m not familiar with all of the brands.Eventually I picked one but wanted to smell it, asked the employee, the women in her 50(I guess)Asked her to let me try one of the perfumes, but her attitude was like she didn?t want to be bothered, seemed like in rush too.When I pointed on the perfume I wanted to try she opened the cabinet sprayed and closed the door straight away getting ready to leave but I wanted to try one more perfume next to the first one so I asked her to let me try the other one as well,she was irritated.Eventually I asked her opinion she replied ?I don?t know? in a very rude way, then she said ?we have different tastes? etc. and willing to go.Eventually i bought the perfume without her help as she seemed to be bothered.Why you have so many assistants in the shop if they don?t want to be bothered?And they do know nothing about products.You better make available all the perfume samples to the clients so that we not gonna bother anyone and have a bad experience.

In store pharmacy giving negligent medical advise. We had to escalate to a manager. Hope they learned some lesson on this. I wouldn?t send my elderly parents to this store. Staff are bad tempered and extremely rude. Especially the blonde lady with the specs.

The pharmacy service is the worst I've ever experienced.Every time the prescription is sent by the GP, they neverdeliver it on the right day. Every time I go there I have to wait 30 minutes for it to be prepared and the staff are bad-tempered and rude.

If you are in the store , floor staff can be quite helpful. The Pharmacy however simply does not answer the phone.Suggest send your prescriptions to other pharmacies. I will have it changed going forth.

I have a simple shaving cut and no one could let me know over the phone whether they have styptic pencils our powders. A simple shaving nip that most men get quite often. I was told that I needed to come in. Insanity.
